How subscriptions work · A one-page summary.

How your free trial works

  • 14 days free on the first home you subscribe. One standard trial per account, for its first home only, and only if that home has not had a Complivolve trial before.
  • Card required. No standard subscription fee is charged for the eligible home during its trial.
  • Automatic billing after the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription continues at £149 per month per home.
  • Additional homes are billed immediately. A home you add later is billed from the day you add it, without another trial.
  • Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

You’ll read and accept the full Complivolve Subscription Terms before you add your card. A home that has already had a Complivolve trial is billed from the start.

Getting started

  2. 2Set up two-factor authentication. You’ll need a mobile phone.
  3. 3Find your CQC-registered home.
  4. 4Review and accept the October 2026 Subscription Terms, then complete Stripe checkout to begin your eligible trial.

Each home has its own records, team and subscription. Authorised users can switch between homes with one login.

Who builds Complivolve

Built from real Registered Manager experience.

Complivolve was built by a former CQC Registered Manager with practical adult social care and digital-transformation experience.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Yes. You add a card at Stripe checkout, but no standard subscription fee is charged for the first home you subscribe during its 14-day trial. A home that has already had a Complivolve trial, and any home you add later, is chargeable from the date it is added.

What happens when the trial ends?

Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription continues automatically at £149 per home per month. VAT is added only where legally chargeable.

How do I cancel?

From Settings → Billing, at any time. If you cancel before your trial ends, you won’t be charged.

We run more than one home. How does that work?

Each home has its own subscription at £149 per month, with its own records and team. One standard 14-day trial applies to the first home you subscribe, provided that home has not had a Complivolve trial before. Additional homes are billed from the date they are added, even while the first home is in its trial, without another trial. Authorised users can switch between homes with one login.

What do I need to sign up?

An email address, and a mobile phone to set up two-factor authentication. You’ll then find your CQC-registered home and confirm that you’re authorised to register your provider.

Do we need to replace our care records system?

No. Complivolve works alongside your existing care records and operational systems, and you can start without integrating them.

How is AI used?

Complivolve can draft findings and suggested actions from your published CQC report. AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete, so your team reviews each one, and nothing joins your record until you accept it. Your internal operational records are not sent to the AI.

Who in my team can use it?

Your whole team is included, with five roles: Owner, Manager, Staff, Consultant and Viewer.

Where can I read the full terms?

You’ll read and accept the Complivolve Subscription Terms after creating your account, before you add your card.

Is Complivolve connected to CQC?

No. Complivolve is independent of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is not endorsed by or affiliated with CQC.
